Product Returns
Can I return a product I purchased?
Of course, as long as it's an electric diffuser. You may return it within 14 days of receipt, provided the device remains sealed and unused, exactly as you received it.
Does the same apply to fragrances or consumables?
Fragrances and consumable products cannot be returned, as they are personal-use items and this restriction is in place for hygiene reasons. Thank you for your understanding — this ensures that every product that reaches you is guaranteed new and untouched.
Shipping & Delivery
How long will I wait to receive my order?
We hand over every order to the courier within 1-3 business days. From that point, delivery time depends on the courier — typically 1-3 business days for mainland Greece and 2-5 for the islands, due to the nature of island transport.
Which courier company handles shipping?
Your orders travel with Speedex, so they reach you quickly and safely.
Do I have to pay shipping costs?
For orders of €38 and above, shipping is free — we cover it as our small "thank you" for your trust. For orders below that amount, shipping costs are calculated as usual at checkout.

How do I choose the fragrance that suits me?
We understand how personal choosing a fragrance can be. That's why we offer free samples, so you can try and comfortably discover what truly suits you before making your final choice.
Are your products safe? Do they contain allergens?
Our laboratory is licensed by the E.O.F. (National Organization for Medicines) and certified with ISO 9001:2015 and 22716:2007 by TUV Nord, the largest certification body in the world. All our products comply with European legislation and strictly follow the IFRA (International Fragrance Association) standard, ensuring safety for the user.
Are your products safe for homes with children or pets?
Yes, our products are completely safe and pose no risks to the little members of your family. We can even suggest fragrances that are commonly chosen for such spaces. In any case, we recommend placing devices and fragrances out of reach of children and pets, as a simple but useful precaution.
How do I set up the electric diffuser?
Setup is easy and done through the "Scent Marketing" app, available for both Android and Apple iOS. Through the app, you can precisely set the days, times, and intensity level you want, fully customizing the diffusion to your space's needs.
